Manage the day’s itinerary/timeline to ensure the day stays on track

Month of Wedding Coordinator

Starting 30 days (or as needed) ahead of your wedding day. We will build your wedding itinerary to ensure that no details are missed. This includes:
Taking over communication with vendors to solidify plans & guarantee that everything is organized and ready to make your dream day come true
Building & customizing your itinerary
Collaborating with venue to ensure correct execution
Prioritizing bridal party needs to allow for a stress free day

When our original day of wedding coordinator backed out just 2 weeks before our wedding, panic mode set in and we were forced to find an alternative. We had a video call with Mary the same day we found out the bad news, and as soon as we met her, we had a great feeling that she would be able to save the day. From the time she and her assistant Bridget (who was equally amazing!) arrived at our venue, they got started right away with the event set up. I didn't see them the whole morning as I was getting ready, but I had this strange feeling of peace and calm, knowing that they knew exactly what to do and that everything was being dealt with.

The day ran like clockwork, from setting up each table, to placing every floral, to lining us up for the processional, to making sure everyone said their speeches on time, to preparing the cake/dessert table. I'm sure there were little issues that they had to resolve that we might not have even known about.

They did it all, and we have absolutely no idea how we would have run the day without them. We are forever grateful that they were able to step in with such little notice, and still execute to the highest degree, as if they'd been hired from the start. When they say, "it was meant to be", it truly was in our case, and we would hire them again in an instant.
